1. WHAT THIS IS

This document lists the third-party operators ("Operators," also referred to as subprocessors) that Radish Education Canada Inc. ("Magma Math," "we," "our" or "us") engages to provide the Magma Math service (the "Service"), and that may process personal information — including personal information of students — on our behalf through the Service. For each Operator we identify the service it provides, the personal information it may process, and where you can review its own privacy commitments.

We engage Operators only to support the operation of the Service and under written agreements that require them to protect personal information, to use it solely to provide their service to us, and to keep it confidential. We require prior written approval before adding a new Operator that will process student personal information, and we notify the relevant school board of material changes to this list.

Notes:

- Data location. Customer data is hosted and stored at rest in Canada (AWS Canada, Montréal). Limited processing or access may occur outside Canada — for example, de-identified AI prompts and access by our support and engineering personnel — in each case only as necessary to provide the Service and under contractual safeguards.
- No advertising or data sales. No Operator is permitted to collect, use, sell, or share personal information for advertising or any non-educational purpose.
- De-identification for AI. Prompts sent to our AI Operator are de-identified by design; student personal information is not used to train large language models or other third-party AI systems.
- Roster providers apply only where the school board uses one; confirm with your implementation contact which, if any, is in use for your board.
- Wonde is used only for certain non-Canadian (UK) deployments and is not an Operator for Canadian school boards.
